“Good fiction creates its own reality.” ~ Nora Roberts
Author of the Week Sherry Foley has graciously agreed to an interview with Muse In The Valley. On her website bio she states her love for writing began with winning a poetry contest. She writes: “In high school, I won a poetry contest and have never forgotten the thrill of writing something that made others laugh. Bless my creative writing teacher, Mrs. Jacobsen’s heart. To this day I can hear her say, “Well, write about it!”” You can read the winning poem here.
Self-described as a “romantic at heart” Sherry decided to take her teacher’s advice and “write about it”. She has received an honorable mention for her book A Heart On Hold in the 2009 Fab Five Contest, she is obviously a writer out there to win your heart. You can see her books and award on her book page.

Can you share a little of your current work with us? Tell us about Switched In Death?
Switched in Death shows you how making fun of someone can really do damage to that person and how the mind can justify any action. The serial killer is more than twisted and no one is safe. The killer kills two women at a time and switched their heads for a specific reason that baffles many but makes perfect sense to him. There is also a lot of quirky humor which many haven’t expected to find in a serial killer book.
